NATIONAL MLS/IDX

VerticalAgent has created its own national MLS/IDX. We have broker reciprocity with MLS providers throughout the country with new ones added constantly. Ask us if we currently support your MLS agency. If we don't, we'll add it.

Shared MLS

All of our clients across the country share the same MLS database. Therefore, if a visitor is searching on a site owned by an agent from another state, your property will be included in the search results (if applicable to the search).

Pocket Listings

List all of your pocket listings on your web site. Additionally, you may choose to include your pocket listings in our MLS for no additional fees. Othewise, you can limit your pocket listings to your site only.

National Metrics

Acquire visitor metrics detailing views of your properties through, not only your web site, but all of our clients' web sites. The visitor data that Realtor.com® provides through it's one site, we provide through the sites of our entire, national client-base. By showing your clients performance charts on their properties, their confidence in you as their Realtor will increase.

Listing "Pushes"

"Push" your listings to other real estate services, such as Trulia, Google, Yahoo! Real Estate, Zillow, and social media sites, such as Twitter and Facebook, automatically saving you time from having to resubmit your listing information multiple times. This also creates additional streams of traffic to your site and listings.
