VerticalAgent

History

VerticalAgent is a Division of DesertedRoad Studios, Corp., a marketing and web site development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. DesertedRoad Studios founder, Joshua Davis, began web design and application development over 15 years ago. Since then, DesertedRoad Studios has worked with national and international corporations in areas of technology, healthcare, travel, and non-profits - corporations of a single employee to Fortune 500s.

In July 2008, Keller Williams Community Partners of Cumming, Georgia approached DesertedRoad inviting us to become a member of their community vendor program. Community Partners recognized the potential of having a marketing company working hand-in-hand with their agents. In a matter of a month and a half, DesertedRoad's influence in the real estate arena had spread throughout northeast Georgia.

Mission

Recognizing a need for solid marketing tools in the real estate industry, DesertedRoad Studios formed VerticalAgent as its corporate division to service real estate agents, market centers, builders and other real estate professionals. Our mission is simple:

"To empower the real estate professional for their greatest impact in their community."

Methodology

First and foremost, DesertedRoad Stuios is a marketing and web design company. Then, we are a resource to real estate agents and their businesses. Why do we say this? Simple, because we strive to provide agents, market centers, builders and other real estate professionals with the tools and proven strategies that we use with our clients in other industries. Our experience and resources have made our clients very successful in their marketing efforts. We believe that those same tools and strategies will make our agents successful.
